“Number one: Don’t panic. Number two: Be prepared. Number three: Enjoy the snow. Snow is not your enemy. Look at the bright side—you might get a day off. In Buffalo, we were always prepared. We never missed work or school. The streets and sidewalks were quickly taken care of; the snow was removed with a passion. Everyone chipped in. I remember always having a shovel in the trunk of our cars just in case the tires got stuck in the snow. Bottom line: Snow is good.”
