Here’s Where You Can’t Park in DC This Weekend

The District government declared a snow emergency beginning at 9:30 AM. As crews head out (presumably this time) ahead of the storm to treat the roads for the imminent blizzard, the snow emergency means citywide restrictions on street parking on most major thoroughfares and nearly all downtown streets. Cars that park on marked snow emergency routes are subject to $250 tickets, a $100 towing fee, and a $25 impound fee.

See the map below to zoom in on where you can’t park until the emergency is lifted. If your car is on one of the streets outlined in red, better drop whatever you’re doing right now and move it.
