The Cleveland Park Metro station flooded Tuesday night, and while there are striking photos of the event, this video reinforces how insane the flood was. It also raises some questions, like, who is the person with the blue backpack who stood in the deluge from 6:05 PM-6:12 PM, presumably documenting this event?
