These Kids Became US Citizens on Halloween, So of Course Many of Them Wore Costumes
Arthur Navarro, a 4-year-old from El Salvador, is now an American.

Children from 22 countries celebrated their newly obtained US citizenship during a special Halloween-themed ceremony at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Field Office in Fairfax Wednesday. Some of the 31 children wore their costumes and went trick-or-treating throughout the building.
