Ann: Hello, chatters! Happy rainy, dreary Friday. Last night I was bumming around the Wharf, and it seemed as if half the city was soaking up the 70 degrees at an outside table along the water (I wound up snagging a couple bar seats at Kaliwa, where I considered drinking the liquid from a bowl of chicken adobo it was so peppery and good).
