Ann: Good morning, folks! Our February issue just hit the newsstand, and it looks a little different this year. Typically, February is when we release our 100 Very Best Restaurants list, an assessment of a year’s worth of eating with loads of trends, rankings, and people to watch. This year, obviously, was very different, so we decided on a different focus: neighborhood restaurants—the places that have sustained us through the years, and not just with food.
