Cava Grill Opens at Reagan National Airport

Build-your-own breakfast bowls in the morning, wine on tap at night.

Just in time for Labor Day weekend travel: Cava Grill has opened its first airport location at Reagan National. The fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant spices up the dining options in Terminal B, home to airlines such as Delta and United.

The menu is similar to other Cava Grills, where customers can design their own bowls (rice or salad) and pita sandwiches, picking various Mediterranean spreads, meats or falafel, and toppings. New to the DCA location is breakfast. Morning commuters will find a Greek yoghurt bar with granola, honey, and roasted fruit. The kitchen also offers build-your-own breakfast egg bowls, which can be filled with a variety of vegetables, sauces, and locally-made chicken sausage.

Like other Cava Grills, fliers will find local beer and wine for calming pre-flight jitters.
