Menu: The meal begins with seared foie gras served with warm carrot cake, candied walnuts,

mushrooms, leeks, celery leaves, and Coral Farm butter. A main-course option, per
press materials, is wood-oven-fired dry-aged rib eye paired with crispy potatoes,
and glazed cipollini onions, and for dessert you can indulge in a chocolate ganache
hazelnut cake with cherries and cocoa sorbet.
