Hello, food truck followers! Just like lots of people on the East Coast, many food trucks were rattled after yesterday’s earthquake, which happened just as lunch break was winding down. But today they’re back on the streets. In Arlington, today is the official grand opening of Seoul Food, which serves organically-focused Korean food.
