A Jimmy Choo boutique opens this month in the new Collection at Chevy Chase (5481 Wisconsin Ave.; 240-223-1102). Choo's stilettos and boots are up there with Manolo Blahniks in style. In February, Tiffany & Co. moves into the Collection with huge new windows–the better to count the carats. Other neighbors will include Gucci, Bulgari, Louis Vuitton, and Co-op Barneys New York.
