TV sports guy Brett Haber sells for $2.5 million in Georgetown. Joe and Valerie Plame Wilson collect $1.8 million on Foxhall Colonial.

Washington Life founder Vicki Bagley sold this Kalorama home for $2.8 million.

In DC: Sportscaster Brett Haber and his wife, Jennifer, sold a five-bedroom, five-bath Federal-style rowhouse on Olive Street in Georgetown for $2.5 million. The house has a gated entrance, third-floor terrace, and two-car garage. Haber is sports director for WUSA-TV, Washington’s CBS affiliate.

Stars of the “Plamegate” scandal Joseph and Valerie Plame Wilson sold a five-bedroom, five-bath Georgian Colonial in Foxhall for $1.8 million. The house has views of the Washington Monument, double decks, a library, and a two-car garage. Joseph Wilson is a retired diplomat; Valerie Plame Wilson is a former CIA officer.

Former Florida congressman Mark Foley sold a two-bedroom, three-bath Federal-style rowhouse on Capitol Hill for $899,000. Foley resigned last fall in the wake of a scandal involving sexually explicit instant-message conversations he had with teenage Hill staff.

Former CIA head Porter Goss also sold a house on Capitol Hill. The two-bedroom, three-bath Victorian rowhouse with a library, walled garden, and two-car garage sold for $950,000. Goss, a Republican congressman from Florida before he took over the CIA in 2004, resigned last year.

Association head John Castellani and his wife, Therese, moved from Spring Valley to Georgetown. After collecting $3.6 million for their home on Tilden Street, they spent $2.1 million for a three-bedroom, four-bath Federal-style house on Georgetown’s O Street. Castellani is head of Business Roundtable, a DC-based association of chief executive officers.

National Gallery of Art director Earl “Rusty” Powell III and his wife, Nancy, sold a three-bedroom, five-bath condo in Georgetown for $3.6 million. Part of the Ritz-Carlton Residences, the condo has more than 3,400 square feet. Powell has been head of the museum since 1992.

Washington Life founder Vicki Bagley sold her Kalorama home for $2.8 million to her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Bagley and Soroush Shehabi. According to tax records, the house is assessed for $4.4 million. Nancy Bagley is the magazine’s editor, Shehabi its chief executive officer.

In Virginia: Coy Gibbs, son of Redskins head coach Joe Gibbs and a coach with the team since 2004, sold a four-bedroom, four-bath Colonial in Ashburn for $849,000. The house has a home theater and a heated pool with waterfalls. A former NASCAR driver, Gibbs is an offensive quality-control coach for the Redskins.

In Maryland: Discovery Communications chief financial officer Roger F. Millay and his wife, Robin, bought a six-bedroom, seven-bath Colonial on Kirkwood Drive in Bethesda for $2.35 million.
