Eyebrows are one of those features that most people don’t notice. So when two guys complimented my newly refined arches a week after a waxing by Anisa Ghafoorzai at Andre Chreky Salon Spa (1604 K St., NW; 202-293-9393; andrechreky.com), I knew I’d found someone special. She’s been in the business 35 years, and her waxing and tweezing are quick and all but painless. Most important, she’s got an artist’s eye for shape and proportion. The cost: $20. During Brow Bonanza, usually the tenth of each month, the price is reduced to $10.
