As of tomorrow, we’ll have sent the government enough tax money to fund at least one blowout dinner at, say, Komi or CityZen. And while we were writing those checks, we were thinking about all the nice places we could have eaten if we’d funneled that money into Washington restaurants instead of the IRS. We want to know where you’d go to splurge if you could have spent your tax dollars on dining out. Or, if you’re one of the lucky ones who got a refund, where are you going to celebrate?
