Happy Friday, readers! There's a big food-truck party at Farragut Square today. It's a good place to be: the new Sixth & Rye truck—from Spike Mendelsohn and Sixth & I Historic Synagogue—is going to be there, as will Cap Mac, who's debuting ice cream on this scorcher of a day. We're not sure about the food trucks in town, but we'll be off on Monday. Have a good holiday weekend! Locations and a map after the jump.

Franklin Park (13th and K sts., NW), where you'll find El Floridano, DC Pie Truck, Pleasant Pops (at noon; 20th and L sts., NW, at 2), DC Empanadas, a Sâuçá truck, Merlindia from Fojol Bros., BBQ Bus DC, and Pi Truck DC. Pedro and Vinny's is nearby at 15th and K streets, Northwest.

Gallery Place area, where you'll find PORC, Takorean (Eighth and F sts., NW), and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 1's second stop at Ninth and H sts., NW).

L'Enfant (around Sixth St. and Maryland Ave., SW), where you'll find a Sâuçá truck, Yellow Vendor, and the Ficelle.

Metro Center (around 12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find Big Cheese Truck, a Sâuçá truck, Tasty Kabob, Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 1's first stop), and DC Love Bites (first stop).
