  • That menu sounds great. You're right, a winter menu should be filling, but not overwhelming. It's so easy to overdo that, but this is the perfect balance.

  • I just thought about serving my guest with heavy food but when you said that they will feel sleepy with that kind of meal then I think I should try this menu instead. I still have time to prepare and I am interested with this menu because of the Porterhouse of Colorado Lamb dish.
