Looking to shop this weekend? After Hours has the scoop on a couple of events that’ll cover you in all areas.
It’s all about the denim this spring, and you can get started in the right direction Friday through Sunday at the new National Jean Company, which just opened at 7301 Woodmont Avenue in Bethesda.
The trendy boutique carries brands like True Religion, J Brand, and 7 for All Mankind. And through the weekend, it will be celebrating its grand opening by offering 15 percent off every item in the store. And there aren’t just jeans—there’ll be dresses, belts, purses, and other accessories from various lines.
National Jean Company is open 11 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday, and Sunday from 11 to 5.
On Saturday, Gunmetal’s shoe designer, Michael Spaulding, will be at Hu’s Shoes in Georgetown to talk about his spring/summer shoe collection.
