The Redskins finally won! While your spirits are still high from the win, stop by Morton’s steakhouse in Bethesda (7400 Wisconsin Ave.) for a meet-and-greet with players before Monday Night Football. Capitol Hill’s Belga Café (514 Eighth St., SE) is hosting another winter beer dinner after the success of last month’s tasting. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in McLean (1960-A Chain Bridge Rd.) is hosting its seventh annual Champagne-and-sparkling-wine supper for two nights. Saturday, December 27
Roberto Donna, a onetime Iron Chef winner, will teach budding culinary stars how to prepare shrimp and lobster during a hands-on cooking class at his Bebo Trattoria (2250-B Crystal Dr., Arlington). The class will be followed by a five-course lunch featuring the tasty crustaceans and a selection of wine. The cost is $140 per person, including an apron and a set of recipes.
