Where & When: What to Do Tonight

Dogfish Head brew, ’80s music, and a Washingtonian happy hour round out tonight’s offerings

Drop in at Morton’s the Steakhouse (1750 Crystal Dr., Arlington; 703-418-1444) for a tasting of Dogfish Head beers and domestic cheeses. A brewery representative will be on hand to discuss the qualities of American craft beer, and Morton’s is providing appetizers. Five dollars from every ticket ($45) goes to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic. Call 703-418-1444 or e-mail cm.mar@mortons.com to RSVP. 6 to 7:30.

Come out to Redwood in Bethesda for The Washingtonian’s Best Of Happy Hour. Nosh on cupcakes from Best Of winner Georgetown Cupcakes, and enjoy a shopping party with our winner for best women’s boutique, Urban Chic. It’s just a small sample of the goodies you’ll get to try at our Best Of blowout July 21. Free; 6 to 8.

Wait a second, is it 1983? Pat Benatar and REO Speedwagon share the stage tonight at Wolf Trap. We’re crossing our fingers for “Love Is a Battlefield” and “Can’t Fight This Feeling.” Lawn seats are sold out, but tickets for box, orchestra, and loge ($45) seats are still available here. 7:30.
