The musical group the Gorillaz is playing at the Patriot Center. Best known for electro-hip hop hits such as “Clint Eastwood” and “Dare,” the band is performing with N.E.R.D. 8 PM. Tickets ($60 and up) are available here.

If you think Arianna Huffington, GoRemy (of Arlington Rap fame), and Craigslist founder Craig Newmark in the same room is the start of a bad joke, think again. They’re all speaking at FedTalks 2010, a conference dedicated to how technology can improve and support the goals of the federal government. Following the conference, there’s a reception to celebrate Fedscoop’s second anniversary, with an appearance by “White House DJ” Donald Syriani. At Sidney Harman Hall at 9 AM. Register ($295) here.
