Nine years after their duet, “Picture,” was a hit on the Billboard charts, Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow are teaming up again. Tickets ($31.50 to $81.50) for their August 22 stop at Jiffy Lube Live go on sale Friday through LiveNation.

Still riding the soccer bandwagon after last year’s World Cup? This summer, you can see two top international teams right here in Washington when Manchester United takes on FC Barcelona at FedEx Field July 30. Get tickets ($40 and up) through Ticketmaster starting Thursday at 10.

Norwegian singer/songwriter Sondre Lerche—you might recognize his songs from the 2007 movie Dan in Real Life—plays the 9:30 Club June 7. Tickets go on sale Thursday at 10 through Ticketfly.

Also stopping by the 9:30 Club in June is indie duo Matt and Kim. You can still get tickets ($22) from Ticketfly.

Rapper Wiz Khalifa, one of the year’s hottest new acts, is bringing his Rolling Papers tour to Merriweather Post Pavilion July 24. The massive lineup also includes Mac Miller and Big Sean. Tickets ($35 to $45) are now on sale through TicketFly.

Though most of its recent shows have been in tiny West Coast clubs, the Baltimore-bred band Animal Collective just announced a show at Merriweather July 9. Prepare for some meta moments when the band plays tracks from its 2009 breakthrough album, which was named for the Columbia venue. Tickets go on sale Friday through TicketFly.

Finally, subscriptions to the Kennedy Center’s Fortas Chamber Music concerts are now available. The 2011-12 season includes performances by the Tokyo String Quartet and the Morgenstern Trio. Pick up tickets through the KenCen’s Web site.
