Maybe you’ve been to the Newseum and the International Spy Museum and you know all about espionage and the First Amendment. But you may not know that one perk of a yearly membership to each museum is a discount at a great Washington restaurant.
Membership to the Spy Museum is $75 for an individual and $175 for a family. Benefits include free admission, jump-the-line privileges, and discounts at the museum cafe and store. Members also get 20 percent off food and alcohol anytime they dine at adjoining Zola restaurant.
As part of its membership, the Newseum offers 15 percent off at the Source by Wolfgang Puck, one of The Washingtonian’s 100 Very Best Restaurants. This deal has some fine print: It’s valid only at lunch and only on food for parties of six or fewer. A Press Pass Membership is $75 for an individual, $175 per family. Other benefits include free admission and jump-the-line privileges.
