Special Olympics DC Presents 31st Annual Night of Trees Gala

You’re invited to join Special Olympics District of Columbia for it’s 31st Annual Night of Trees Gala. This much-anticipated annual fundraiser kicks off the holiday season with wonderfully decorated trees in the lobby of the historic Omni Shoreham Hotel.

Enjoy a champagne reception, open bars, all you can eat dinner and dessert buffets, live music and opportunities to bid on extraordinary items (get your Holiday shopping done in one fun night!) through the live and silent auctions.

Funds raised support SODC, who is the sole provider of sports and fitness training, and competition for people with intellectual disabilities in the District of Columbia. 40% of the 1600 athletes SODC services are living at or below the poverty line. This event helps ensure that no athlete has to pay for participating in the program. All uniforms, travel and equipment costs are paid for by SODC. Tickets are $250 (donations are welcome) www.nightoftrees.eventbrite.com. With special thanks to presenting partner: Independent Order of Odd Fellows District of Columbia.
