How to Avoid Getting “Dock Blocked” on a Capital Bikeshare Bike

“A lot of people don’t know this, but if a Bikeshare dock is full, you can use the kiosk to find out where the closest stations are that have free parking spaces. You can also request a free 15 minutes at the kiosk to add to your trip so you don’t have to pay usage fees while you look for a place to park your bike.”
