Bonobos to Open Fourth Area Location at The Shay

With a good mix of basic staples and eye-catching patterns at affordable prices, Bonobos makes getting dressed easy for dudes. That’s why we’re really not too surprised that they’re planning to open their fourth DC-area location—following two Bethesda and a Georgetown storefront—this summer.

Also unsurprising: the new 1,100-square-foot Bonobos Guideshop will open in The Shay, which, with the arrival of Steven Alan, Read Wall, Frank & Oak, and The Tie Bar, has quickly become a destination for men looking to improve their workwear. Add in a pair of specks from The Shay’s Warby Parker and a steaming cup from Compass Coffee, and you’ve got one hip, smart-looking DC man.

With the addition of Bonobos to the retail lineup, Northend Shaw will become even more of a no-brainer for menswear shoppers: Their well-cut chinos that come in a rainbow of colors are perfect for everyday office attire, especially when paired with not-so-boring patterned shirts and a slick blazer. Need something more formal? Bonobos’ slim-cut suits start at $450.

Bonobos will be located at 1924 8th Street, NW, Suite 123.
