The Face of Caterers: Root & Stem

Chef/Owner, Craig Currie
Tweet Share

root-stem-ok

Craig Currie created Root & Stem in early 2012 to provide the Washington region with a catering company dedicated to their food and craft. Our culinary team takes extra steps to ensure your food is made from scratch with the best ingredients possible.  Every ingredient is sourced in season from local farms or small distributors. In 2012, the US Healthful Food Council, verified us REAL as the first caterer in the country to be distinguished for serving fresh, wholesome, eco friendly foods. Root & Stem Catering & Events is built by a model of sustainability and taking care of our environment and has earned 3 stars from the Green Restaurant Association. We back this up with gracious and warm hospitality to make sure you and your guests are pampered on your special occasion.
