Of course, you don’t have to use it as a B&B, but with 15 bedrooms and 12-and-a-half baths, you might want to. The 8,000-square-foot Victorian property also has 10 fireplaces, four decks, a pool, and preserved historic finishes.
The building was last sold in 2014 in a bankruptcy auction.
