Maybe breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. The Nationals have gone
further in their season than any Washington baseball team in nearly 80 years, and
we’re guessing they couldn’t have done it without their morning meal. We asked pitcher

Stephen Strasburg, first baseman
Adam LaRoche, manager
Davey Johnson, and other Nats players about their go-to grub in the morning. Browse through the
slideshow to see who prefers cookies over eggs, and which Nationals mom makes the
best French toast.
