Earlier this week, fashion bloggers from all over the country flocked to Santa Monica, California, for a jam-packed two days of events, parties, and expert panels at Lucky magazine’s Fashion and Beauty Blogger Conference. Typically held during New York Fashion week, the event branched out to the West Coast this year, meaning more colorful, light looks and less black-on-black ferociousness–perfect for spring in Washington.
