You’ll find specials like caramelized kimchi dogs at Seoul Food, chilled asparagus soup with crispy potatoes aboard Cap Mac, a strawberry n’ cream cupcake aboard the Sweetbites Truck. That last mobile vendor is celebrating its two-year road-a-versary today. Congrats!
