The Colonnade brunch uses Bollinger Champagne - plain or in their Mimosas. That’s quite a value!

1905 over in Shaw has a great brunch...entrees are reasonably priced at 9-14$ with a bottomless mimosa add on for $15

Bistro Francais also does an unlimited champagne brunch. http://www.bistrofrancaisdc.com/brunch.htm I’ve been there in the past and the price is arond $20.
