Hundreds of washingtonian.com readers came out to enjoy food, drinks, and a spectacular view of the city at Thursday’s first-ever Washingtonian.com reader happy hour. Not even the the threat of rain could put a damper (get it? get it?) on the food from Columbia Heights restaurants like CommonWealth, Pete’s Apizza, the Heights, and Potbelly’s, or the free Bacardi Rum drinks.
