Last week’s column and the release of Neko Case’s new album, Middle Cyclone—which someone *cough* Catherine *cough* won’t stop playing in our office—got us all riled up about the batch of music releases lined up for the next couple of months.
Already, Phoenix’s “1901,” from the band’s Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix (May 25) is a staple on our playlist, and we’re excited to see what the Yeah Yeah Yeahs! (March 31) and Grizzly Bear (May 26) have in store. Speaking of Karen O and her bunch, if you simply can’t wait for a hard copy of It’s Blitz!, digital copies of the album are available as of today. Also out today: Kelly Clarkson’s All I Ever Wanted.
We’d like to tell you more, but we’ve got some serious listening to do. Drop us a line if you have suggestions, and we’ll add them to our playlist.
