Truck Stops: Where to Find Lunch on Wheels

Every morning, we’ll let you know where the area’s food trucks are rolling.

It's Friday, and if you're a food-truck fan, you know what that means: Franklin Park and Farragut Square will be surrounded by mobile vendors. But Metro Center, L'Enfant, and George Washington University students, there are a bunch of trucks rolling your way, too. A map and locations list after the jump. 

Farragut Square (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find Cap Mac DC, DC Slices, Sweet Bites Truck (with special prices for its one-year anniversary), a Sâuçá truck, Sol Mexican Grill, and Carnivore BBQ.

Franklin Park (13th and K sts., NW),
where you'll find DC Empanadas, Pleasant Pops, Merlindia from Fojol Bros., a Sâuçá truck, and Pi Truck DC. Pedro and Vinny's is nearby at 15th and K streets, Northwest.

GWU, where you'll find Benethiopia from Fojol Bros. and SweetFlow Mobile. One Red Hook Lobster truck will be at 22nd Street and Virginia Avenue, Northwest.

L'Enfant, where you'll find one Red Hook Lobster truck (on the Promenade), the Big Cheese Truck, and Takorean (at the Plaza).

Metro Center (around 12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find Eat Wonky, Curbside Cupakes (Pinky 1's second stop), a Sâuçá truck, and DC Pie Truck.

Navy Yard (M St. and New Jersey Ave., SE),
where you'll find the Austin Grill Truck.

Northern Virginia, where you'll find District Taco (N. Lynn St. in Rosslyn) and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 2 is going to Ballston, Rosslyn, and Courthouse).

Union Station, where you'll find PORC.
