The Week’s Top Home Sales

Here’s this week’s roundup of the most expensive deals in the region, as reported by American City Business Leads. This is the second consecutive week that a condo in Park Potomac Place has cracked the top ten. Off I-270 at Montrose Road in Potomac, the new building is part of a mixed-use development that will include condos, townhouses, restaurants, office space, and a hotel. Condo prices start in the $700,000s and top off at more than $2 million.
