• Arlington hosts its sixth annual Green Living Home and Garden Tour Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM. The tour takes a look at green homes and environmentally friendly gardens. [What’s Up Arlington]

• Prince of Petworth has a photo of the reconstruction at 3145 Mount Pleasant Street, where a devastating fire in March left more than 200 people without homes. [PoP]

• DCMetrocentric has a rendering of the new Arena Stage building, which is scheduled for completion in 2010. [DCMetrocentric]

PC Magazine published a round-up of eight top real-estate Web sites. The sites, including DC-based Hotpads.com, offer interactive maps, powerful search tools, community statistics, and more. [PC Magazine]

• Duke Townhomes and Flats, the newest residential development in Old Town with 18 brick townhomes and 40 flats, will begin sales next Saturday, June 7. [DCmud]

• Home prices in the metro area have dropped nearly 15 percent from a year ago, more than what was expected. In March alone, prices fell 2.5 percent. [WBJ]
