Slow-Paced Bike Ride

DC’s One Love Massive is hosting the DC Slow Roll to support the local biking community. The ride is purposefully at a slower pace, but bring your bike, helmet, water, and light. Register online. Free; 7 PM.

North Face Mountain Training Athletics

Join two North Face trainers for workouts aimed at strengthening you for your outdoor goals. Train to finish an endurance challenge, ski stronger, or hit the summit. Register online for the November 24 or November 26 sessions. Free, 6:30 PM.

Speed Drills and Treadmill Run

Learn Tai Chi

Fast-Paced Bike Ride

Meet up at City Bikes in Adams Morgan for a 15-mile ride around Rock Creek, Van Ness, and Cleveland Park. Bring water and a light for this one-hour ride over 1000 feet of elevation. Register online. Free, 6:30 PM.

Beginners’ Bike Ride

November 27; City Bikes

Meet up at City Bikes, Adams Morgan for a three-hour bike ride through Rock Creek Park and Prince George’s County. The 25-mile ride will be at a beginner’s pace, but the organizers will divide the group based on skill level if necessary. Bring a helmet, light, lock, water, and wallet—as the ride will end at the Dew Drop Inn for drinks. Free; 12 PM.

Intro to Road Cycling

Join the experienced cyclists at The Bike Rack for an introduction to road cycling. This 25- to 30-mile ride will be at a non-intimidating pace of 12-to-15 mph, and perfect for anyone new to group riding. Bring your road bike and helmet. Free; 10 AM.

Vinyasa Yoga

Head to Be Here Now Yoga for a one-hour class that will synchronize motion and breath, as well as help mental focus. All levels are welcome at this donation-based class. 12:30 PM.
