This is the second consecutive week that a condo in Park Potomac Place has cracked the top ten. Off I-270 at Montrose Road in Potomac, the new building is part of a mixed-use development that will include condos, townhouses, restaurants, office space, and a hotel. Condo prices start in the $700,000s and top off at more than $2 million.
