Today marks the one-year anniversary of one of our favorite pizza joints in the city, Pete’s Apizza—ahem, Pete’s New Haven Style Apizza (Little Caesars made it change its name) in Columbia Heights. To celebrate the milestone, the restaurant is knocking its whole, 18-inch pies down to half price all day, no matter what toppings you get. Our favorite, the extra-garlicky white clam, is $11.47, and the classic pepperoni is $10.47. Pretty great for a pizza that can easily feed four.
