Each week for the last ten, Rogue 24 and partner Gilt City have announced the name of the chef who is next up to do a guest stint behind the stoves at the Shaw restaurant. The guest chef has presented 12 dishes to be served along with 12 Rogue 24 creations—the 24-course menu costs $135 without a wine pairing, $185 with. Bryan Voltaggio kicked off the series, and Chicago’s David Posey and our own José Andrés both took a turn. This week, Eric Ripert acolyte and legendary Top Chef badass Jennifer Carroll is cooking.

If you want to get in on the action, you have one more chance. Tickets for next week’s final session, presided over by Katsuya Fukushima, went on sale at 10 this morning. Fukushima, who has toiled in the kitchens of ThinkFoodGroup, as well as at Cashion’s and Vidalia (where Cooper chefed before opening Rogue), has most recently been hired as top toque at Daikaya, the forthcoming ramen restaurant from Daisuke Utagawa, co-owner of Sushiko.
