Bow ties, seersucker, lots of bikes . . . there aren’t a lot of new things to say about Eric Brewer ‘s über-popular annual cycling jaunt/lawn party at Hillwood Estates (performance artist Holly Bass also helps organize), but somehow the fashion keeps getting better every year. And with absolutely beautiful weather last weekend, Washington’s vintage-loving denizens came out in droves to spend a sunny Saturday picnicking, playing croquet, and just generally looking swell.
