At the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Pentagon research-and-development organization that invented the Internet, Arati Prabhakar oversees a portfolio of beyond-cutting-edge projects in cyberwarfare, robotics, and prosthetics for wounded warriors.
