Menu: For Mother’s Day, P.J. Clarke’s will serve “Jacqueline Kennedy waffles,” the same recipe she used to make for John Jr. and Caroline in the 1970s. The waffles can be served with caramelized bananas, blueberries and cream, or chorizo scramble. The restaurant will also offer eggs Benedict, Grand Marnier French toast, and other breakfast favorites.
