Red Door Spa Grand Reopening

Ready to Zen out? Head to Elizabeth Arden’s Red Door Spa in Chevy Chase to tour its newly remodeled salon and spa. The reopening festivities include personal consultations from the Red Door team, small bites, a deejay, tours of the new space, and a variety of gratis speed services, such as nail polish changes, a brow bar, and seated massages. If you book a service or make a purchase during the event, 10 percent of the price will be donated to Suburban Hospital’s Breast Cancer Patient Navigation Program. GQ’s How-To Event at Lord and Taylor

This one’s for the fellas: As part of the magazine’s nationwide tour, GQ brings its stylist Sabir Peele to DC’s Lord and Taylor this week to offer our local guys some hands-on help updating their fall looks. DeNada’s Fall/Winter 2014 Launch Party

Local knitwear designer (and Washingtonian MOM crush) Virginia Arrisueño hosts a party to celebrate the debut of DeNada’s latest collection and the launch of a new brand video at 14th Street boutique Redeem. Nancy Gonzalez Trunk Show at Neiman Marcus, Mazza Gallerie
