A Map of DC Road Closures for the Pope’s Visit

The full list of road closures for Pope Francis‘s visit to DC September 22-24 is pretty daunting reading. And though there have been repeated warnings that locals should refrain from driving their cars through downtown Washington when the pontiff is here, not everyone will be able to heed that advice.

But printing out a stack of static PDF maps is inefficient, and a pain. To better prepare yourselves for Francis and all the detours and delays his visit will cause, here is an interactive map of all the streets that will be closed during the pope’s time in DC:
