During your wedding, you’re going to spend a lot of time taking photos with your spouse-to-be that you’ll hold onto forever. So why shouldn’t a bridal shower be used as an opportunity to capture photos of you and your besties all glammed up? Local style blogger Kamana Sharma, of Social and Style, was honored in a bridal shower at Ananda on March 12, and she did just that. Her bridesmaids–or as she refers to them, the #ShaadiSquad–had planned a coral, mint, and gold shower with a “Pop, Fizz, Clink” theme, and they posed for these portraits by Mr V Imagery during the festivities. Talk about #squadgoals!

“Bridal showers are one of my favorite events in a wedding, and I feel so blessed to have had the shower of my dreams,” says Sharma. “Since I will be moving to California, my sister wanted my last big celebration with my closest girl friends to be a blast!” At the shower, the Sharma’s bridesmaids lead their own creative play on classic shower games, including “Guess Your Celebrity Hubby” and “Create Your Own Indian Bridal Gown,” which they constructed from tissue paper. The bride-to-be herself wore a coral Monique Lhuillier gown that she’d picked up at Rent the Runway.
Sharma is set to marry her fiance, Shivanth Bhaskaran, on April 23 in Chantilly, Virginia.
