So it goes on weekend mornings, when his warm pastry basket is the must-order. The oft-changing selection of three sweets and savories has included dark-chocolate Danishes, salted-caramel sticky buns, and warm brioche rolls with ramp pesto and ricotta. Whether you follow it with pasta is up to you—we won’t judge.
