This past weekend, the annual Katsucon convention drew fans of anime and pop culture to National Harbor. The three-day event has been held over Presidents Day weekend in the DC area since 1995. Organizers expected more than 20,000 people at this year’s event. Unusually warm temperatures over the weekend encouraged participants to stroll outdoors in all their finery.
