Barbie, Rihanna, and a group of M3gans were spotted at the 17th Street High Heel Race on Tuesday night in Dupont Circle. The pre-Halloween tradition—now in its 36th year—features drag performers and costumed competitors sprinting a quarter mile in high heels. Washingtonian photographer Evy Mages captured the action.
