Free Yoga and Live Music
Lululemon stores host free yoga classes all time, but tonight’s 7 PM session at Lululemon Georgetown will be held to live music. Go With the Flow’s Tori Reynolds leads a vinyasa sequence while Ben Rivet accompanies with acoustic guitar. The 90-minute class is for all levels, and donations are accepted.

Roam Fitness Open House
The three-month-old Roam Fitness in Glover Park hosts an open house this Saturday. Try out all four programs, including Row-Con, OutRun, Barbell 5/3/1, and yoga, beginning at 9 AM. Refreshments will be provided, with drinks starting at 11 AM.
Free Bar Method Classes
To celebrate its second birthday, Bar Method DC will host clinics and classes Saturday afternoon. At 12:30 and 1:15 PM, head over to the studio for free 30-minute demo classes. Reservations are not required.
Aqua Zumba Party
All are welcome to Balance Gym’s newest location in Foggy Bottom for its Surf & Turf Zumba party from 1 to 2:30 PM. You’ll work up a sweat with 30 minutes of Zumba on land and then hop into the pool for 30 minutes of aqua Zumba. Nonmembers can show up at the front desk and sign a waiver.
Injury Screening Drop-in Sessions
Potomac River Running stores now offer free drop-in injury screening sessions on Saturdays from noon to 2. This weekend, head to any of the locations in Burke, Ashburn, or Leesburg and meet with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other pain specialists to discuss your problems and get advice on how to avoid injuries in the future.

Yoga in the Park
Every Sunday from 5 to 6:30 PM head to Meridian Hill Park for a free yoga class led by local instructors. This Sunday, Elizabeth Greathouse of Yoga House leads the all-levels class. Visit the website to check for cancellations.
