The shopping frenzy of Black Friday isn’t for everyone. If you’d rather burn calories after Thanksgiving by working up a sweat than trying to find a parking spot at the mall, these Friday fitness classes have got you covered.

Free Black Friday Yoga at Lululemon Georgetown
Lululemon ambassador Tano Abuti Mazi will lead a complimentary yoga class from 8 to 9 AM on Black Friday. No RSVP is required—just arrive at Lululemon in Georgetown early to snag a spot.

Cycling and Yoga at Sculpt DC
Head to the Gallery Place studio for 90 minutes of cycling and weight intervals at 9:30 AM, or channel your inner om with 75 minutes of yoga at 11.

Barre Class at Bar Method
Both the Bethesda and Chinatown studios will offer Friday classes at 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30 AM so you can torch some calories at the barre.

Cycling at Revolve DC
High-energy instructors James Zanewicz and Grant Hill will lead the 9 and 10 AM cycling classes, respectively, at this Clarendon studio. If you want an extra burn, Hill’s class is an hour long instead of the typical 45 minutes.

Thanksgiving Detox at Flow Yoga Center
LA-based teacher Ashley Turner will lead a two-hour yoga class on Friday at 2, aimed at removing toxins from the body after the holiday. Expect a vigorous flow followed by back bends and hip openers.

TRX at Off Road DC
You can spin off your feast at a 50-minute or 75-minute cycling class, or check out the U Street studio’s TRX training class at 10:30 AM.

75-Minute Turkey Ride Burn at ZenGo Cycle
This extra-long cycling class at the Bethesda studio will definitely have you sweating out your sins from the day before. The class is at 1 PM and runs for 75 minutes.

TRX/Kettlebell at Reformation Fitness
There are still spots open for the 12:30 and 5:45 PM TRX/Kettlebell Friday classes at Reformation Fitness. If you sign up for a 5-, 10-, or, 25-class package before Thursday, you’ll receive an extra 20 percent off.
